What we collect from customers
- Your account email address, and the magic-link tokens used to sign you in.
- Your API key and the usage metered against it: request counts, records returned, the endpoint and the filters used.
- Billing status from Stripe. Card numbers go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them.
- Standard web request data (IP address, user agent) while you use the site.
Why
To sign you in, to run and meter your queries against your plan, to bill you, to answer support email, and to keep the service working and free of abuse.
Processors we use
- MongoDB Atlas — the database that holds accounts, usage and the company data.
- Stripe — payments, cards and subscriptions.
- SendGrid — transactional email (sign-in links, finished searches, billing notices).
- Render — hosting for the site and the API.
- Pulse (pulse-rvrb.onrender.com) — our own self-hosted, cookieless page analytics.
- X (Twitter) Ads — a conversion pixel on the site, used to measure ad clicks.
Business contact data in the database
TAM Graph holds business records: companies, and work contact details for people in a professional capacity — name, job title, employer, work email, and in some records a work phone number. These come from public sources and licensed data suppliers. We do not collect special-category data, and we do not sell consumer profiles.
If you are in one of these records and want it corrected or removed, email hello@tamgraph.com from or naming the address in the record, and we will remove it from the database and from future exports. We cannot recall copies a customer has already exported.
Retention
Account and usage records are kept while your account is open and for as long as we need them for billing, tax and dispute records after it closes. Sign-in tokens expire shortly after they are issued. Finished search results stay available on your account until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Email us and we will act on it.
Cookies
We set one cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. Our analytics is cookieless.
