Terms of Service

1. The service

TAM Graph ("we", "us") operates tamgraph.com and the API at api.tamgraph.com: a B2B company and contact database reachable from the website, a REST API and an MCP server. These terms cover your use of all of it. Using the service means you accept them.

2. Accounts and API keys

You need an account to use the service. An API key is issued at signup. You are responsible for keeping your key secret and for everything done with it. Rotate it from the dashboard if it leaks. Do not share an account or a key with people outside your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You may query the data, export it and use it in your own systems and outreach. You may not resell or redistribute the raw database, republish it as a competing dataset, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law, including the marketing and data-protection rules that apply where you and your recipients are. You are the controller of any outreach you send; we are not.

Fair use applies to every plan: 5 requests per second, and on Pro 500,000 records per day. Agent searches are capped at 3 per day on the trial and 25 per day on Pro. We may rate-limit or suspend a key that exceeds these limits or that degrades the service for others.

4. Trial

The trial is 50 requests, lifetime. A card is required to activate it and is not charged during the trial. Once the 50 requests are used, requests return 402 until you upgrade.

5. Payment

Pro costs $199 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply to you. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund part-months.

6. The data

The data is provided as is. It is assembled from many sources and is not complete, current or accurate in every row. Contact rows label email addresses with an email_status value, and a guessed address is labelled as a guess. You are responsible for checking that a record fits your purpose before you act on it. We give no warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or whose payment fails. On termination your access to the API and the dashboard ends; data you have already exported stays yours to use under these terms.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
